FAQ

Dashboard FAQ

Where do I see my subscriptions?

Your dashboard shows your subscriptions, current billing status, lifecycle details, and available plan options.

Why is one subscription plan highlighted?

If you already have an active subscription for a specific plan, that plan card may be highlighted so it is clear which option is already attached to your account.

Why does a button say Current Subscription instead of Subscribe Now?

If that exact plan is already active on your account, the purchase button changes to Current Subscription and becomes inactive so you do not accidentally try to buy the same plan again.

Why do I see a green check next to my status?

A green check next to your current status indicates your subscription is active or trialing and recognized correctly by your dashboard.

What does the Cancel my subscription link mean?

The small Cancel my subscription link starts a cancellation request with a reason and audit trail. Support-mediated cancellation is the normal workflow.

What if I cancel during my free trial?

If you request cancellation before your trial ends, we automatically process it without waiting for admin review.

What if I request cancellation close to renewal?

If you request cancellation within 24 hours of your next billing cycle, we automatically process it without waiting for admin review.

Where do I see connected accounts?

The Connected Accounts section shows whether Google is linked to your account.

Can I open support tickets from here?

You can use the Support page for new tickets and manage account-related help from your signed-in experience.

Using your dashboard

Your dashboard is the main place to review subscriptions, Google connection state, billing/support details, and plan availability.

If a plan is already yours, expect to see a clearer current-plan state rather than a fresh purchase prompt.
